The sale of our goods is only to registered customers. Please fill out this form carefully. In regard to § 33 ABS. 1 BDSG (German data protection law) we point out, that we save the following data only for our own business purposes. The data are not disclosed to third parties. The customer declares his agreement to the storage of the data with his signature.

I operate a business (gastronomy or otherwise food industry) and have appropriate business registrations.

Payment: The payment of the invoice can be made via credit card, payment in advance or SEPA-direct debit.
The first delivery of goods takes place only against cash or payment in advance. If you wish to purchase
via SEPA-direct debit, a contract must be made. For more details our consultants are available
for you. In case of delayed payments the payment term may change back to payment in advance.

Return of goods: Is conducted only for damage or quality defects of the goods. Claims, which are older than 14 days after the delivery may not be accepted.

With my customer registration I acknowledge Offenbach am Main / Germany as the only place of performance for delivery and payment as well as place of jurisdiction, insofar as no other agreements in writing take precedence. The customer expressly waives the utilization of general terms and conditions of the customer’s company.
